My First Doughnut

Since we do live in Doughnut central for Krispy Kreme we decided to stop one night when the Hot & Ready sign was on. We let her watch the doughnuts flip over and go thru the icing and come off the line. They had teeny tiny ice cream cones and she LOVED that. Then to top off her night they gave her her first Krispy Kreme Doughnut for free. It was a mini-doughnut with chocolate and sprinkles. They handed it to me and when I got it in my hand she grabbed my hand and took a big bite!! It was so cute. So then mom and dad had to join in. We got our own doughnuts...we couldn't let her have all the fun!! After all the ice cream and doughnuts...we had a baby all hyped up on Krispy Kreme...LOL

Mother's Day

I had a wonderful first Mother's day!! I couldn't have asked for a better day and weekend. We started the weekend and went to a baseball game (reagan's first), then we had a wedding that Sat in Charlotte. On Sunday we went to church and then to lunch at O'Charleys. Reagan napped for 3 hours (long weekend) and then we just played and relaxed and then went to have some ice cream at Marble Slab. I loved just haning with my family. Nothing pressing that had to be done.
