We finally found, made an offer on a house, and it got accepted. It is really nice, the only thing it doesn't have is a front porch. Oh well...after looking for so long we realized we can't have it all. It has 3200 square feet, 5BR, a bonus room, and a basement. We love it and are excited. We should be in it the first week in September. Our house on the other hand is not selling. We just lowered the price so Hopefully that will help push that in the right direction.
